Yes. All prices are in Polish zloty (PLN) and net. You pay net + 23% Polish VAT. EU B2B customers with a valid VAT ID — reverse charge (0% VAT). Non-EU customers — usually 0% VAT.

Up to 10 horses, 25 clients, 2 users and 1 GB of files. Calendar, passes, online booking, horse journal, feed, breeding, livery and the horse-owner portal all work. Invoicing and KSeF, online payments and SMS are not included — the paid plans add them. Your stable’s booking page carries a “Bookings by Hovera” footer. The plan does not expire.

The trial lasts 30 days and needs no card. If you do not pay for a plan afterwards, the account moves to the free plan: a stable to Stable Free, a transport company to Listing. The account keeps working and your data stays — including anything above the free plan’s limits; you just cannot add new items above the limit. You can pick a paid plan at any time.

No. Not on trips, livery fees or your clients’ payments. You pay a net subscription + VAT. A stable’s online payments go through its own payment gateway account (PayU or Przelewy24); gateway fees are settled with the gateway operator, not with us.

No, on any plan. If you want us to set up your stable for you, “Hands-on onboarding” costs PLN 690 one-off: a 90-min session, Excel import, setup and training for up to 5 people. It is free with yearly Livery or Centre.

Only in limits. School, Livery and Centre have the same modules — KSeF invoices, online payments, SMS, passes, feed, breeding, livery. Centre adds priority support. If you only need more horses or users, add +10 horses (PLN 39 / mo) or a user (PLN 19 / mo) instead of changing plan.

You cannot add another item above the limit. Existing data and access stay; nothing is deleted or switched off. A plan change or an add-on raises the limit. Invitations waiting to be accepted count towards the user limit. Usage is shown on the billing screen, with a warning from 80%.

Two months. A year costs the same as 10 months: School PLN 990 instead of 1,188, Livery PLN 2,490 instead of 2,988, Centre PLN 4,990 instead of 5,988; for carriers Transport Start PLN 1,490, Pro PLN 3,490, Business PLN 6,990. The price does not change until the paid year ends.

Yes. You choose the new plan on the billing screen and pay in advance; the new period counts from the payment date. Plan changes are not prorated, so it is best to switch near the end of a paid period.

The first 20 stables and 10 transport companies pay half the plan price for 12 months, get the price frozen for 24 months and hands-on onboarding for free. The offer runs until 31 March 2027 or until the places are taken. Write to us before you buy — we apply the discount to your account and it shows as a separate line on the invoice.

Nothing, ever. The owner panel — horses, invoices from the stable, transport booking and the horse journal — is free and has no paid tier.

No. Booking a Hovera carrier is free on every stable plan. A stable with its own horsebox can add “Stable’s own horsebox” for PLN 79 / mo (PLN 790 yearly): one vehicle and driver, quotes and the request board — for stables on a paid plan.

The trial lasts 30 days from positive verification of documents. Without a paid plan the company moves to Listing: it stays in the directory, receives requests addressed to it and from the calculator on its page, and keeps the quote calculator. Listing has no request board, subcontracting board or KSeF invoices. Suspension only follows an unpaid invoice.

Listing: 1 vehicle, 1 driver, 15 quotes a month, 50 clients, 500 MB. Transport Start: 2 vehicles, 3 drivers, 100 quotes, 200 clients, 3 GB. Transport Pro: 6 / 10 / 500 / 1,000 / 15 GB. Transport Business: 15 vehicles, 25 drivers, unlimited quotes and clients, 50 GB. The quote limit counts quotes issued in a calendar month; requests from the board do not count, and deleting a quote does not return the limit. An extra vehicle costs PLN 35 / mo, an extra driver PLN 25 / mo.

Yes, yourself: Settings → Data export. You get a ZIP archive with CSV files, an ICS calendar (stables) and attachments. Limits: 3 exports per day, a link valid for 24 hours, attachments up to 25 MB per file and 250 MB in total. Export works on every plan, including the free ones and while suspended for an unpaid invoice. After the agreement ends we keep the data for another 90 days.

Always in Polish zloty (PLN) — the agreement, payments and invoices are in PLN. Prices in other currencies, where the app shows them, are indicative only.

From PLN 999 / mo net. Limits, onboarding scope and integrations are agreed after a conversation about scale, with a personal account manager. For stable networks, large studs and transport companies above 15 vehicles.

No. You accept the Terms online and you are good to go. Enterprise customers get a framework agreement.

If within 30 days of your first payment you decide Hovera is not for you, we refund 100% of the subscription fee, no questions asked.
