The scope and schedule of the rollout — configuration, import of clients and horses from Excel / CSV files, team training — are agreed individually for the whole network and for every new location.
Dedicated account manager and support
A dedicated account manager and dedicated support. Contact rules and response times are set in the contract; by default support runs by email and phone on business days, 9:00–17:00.
